Rules for Going Out in London

Over the weekend, Kaeline and I came up with a list of rules for going out in London:

1.    Always start at a Wetherspoons- the drinks are cheap.
2.    Always go to the restroom before leaving a pub- you never know how long it will be before you reach the next one.
3.    If they have it, order a Weston’s Perry Cider- it’s 7.6% alcohol compared to the regular 4.5% of other ciders and beers.
4.    1 pint does not equal 1 drink.  1 pint > 1 drink.
5.    English men are rated on a scale of 1-7- they don’t reach the 8-10 scale.
6.    If you find a man who is more attractive than a 7, he’s probably a foreigner.
7.    If you had the great idea of wearing flat shoes and then changing into your heels when you reach the club, DO NOT change your shoes in front of the bouncers- they will think that you look drunk and won’t let you in.
8.   When the bouncers ask you how many drinks you've had, DO NOT say, "Oooh not that many." Instead, say, "Only 2."

More to come...

Cheers,

Erin and Kaeline

  1. Do the bouncers really ask you how much you have had to drink? Cute girls like you? Or is it because of your tendency to brawl?

Poor Englishmen... only 7s! Is that because of their teeth?

    Need more info.
